SHIPPING

EMERA ships worldwide via DHL and GLS couriers.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the day of purchase.

Orders will not be shipped and delivered on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping is free for orders over €100 (in Italy).
The shipping cost is €5.00 (within Italy).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours on the courier's website.

Estimated delivery times from shipping date: 2-6 working days depending on destinations

Emera is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure beyond Emera's control.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are available in stock.
Payment is made at the time of ordering, even if the goods are shipped later in the season.
